In response to your question last week about whether an SBA loan would still be considered a duplication of benefits if it were paid back before the program grant becomes available, the answer is yes, it would still be a DOB. The approval and then drawing of funds is what triggers the DOB, not the loan balance. Please let me know if you have additional questions.
