Editors Note: This agenda does not offer the "Approval of Meeting Minutes" from the July 13, 2018 Task Force Meeting when Action Plan Amendment 9 was voted on and passed then later approved by HUD. This meeting was very important regarding timelines stated by the state government and the task force members regarding the SBA DOB issue that was still not passed into law.
