Request a copy of the "Change Order" policy for elevation reimbursement. It has been stated that after a homeowner signs the grant agreement for elevation and reconstruction that a change order would be made to include additional costs of elevation.
The program costs are listed in the Homeowners Manual version 4.1 and were updated in the APA 9 July 18, 2018.
According to policy in the homeowners manual 4.1 and emails received from Paul Roberts the final grant award is reflected in the eGrants program only.
I need the policy on updating egrants to reflect the additional elevation costs.

Every disaster agency uses the same process but not every disaster agency follows strict policy and guidance. Don't go into your disaster recovery with blind trust of your federal and state agencies that are leading the push to get you sheltered and out of the program.
