The Construction Helper will assist skilled tradesman by performing supportive duties as directed and will work under immediate supervision. Must have a general knowledge of construction and use of hand and power tools to assist with the work.

Hole saws are not always a one size fits all old-work boxes. Before you go drilling 6in holes make sure you do not need a 6 3/8in. Make the holes perfect so you do not use a tube of caulk to seal the gaps.

When your worker is new and you are just not ready to let them go until you try a little training. I used to get the boot up the rear threat which meant to look, focus, learn how to do it like the carpenter would do it.

When I design a wall I always look at how the wall transfers the weight from above then I look at the openings and how I can make them easier to work with when choosing windows and doors. If you know the width, you know header so place it under top plate
