Your DUA Federal Government Released CARES Act. Disaster Unemployment Assistance has been offered to all state governors.

Your governors all received notice on 4-8-2020 that the funding for DUA was released.

Your state should have setup the process by now.

If they are delaying you it's your responsibility to ask why.

This includes all 1099 self employed not eligible for unemployment from your state.

If you have a communications problem with your state governor please post in the DUA announcement contact information.

As details come in about your individual states we are updating the disaster pages for your state and the DUA program.

Federal Disaster Assistance

When you are navigating the federal disaster assistance agencies your first stop should be to the TruckAndTools.Com Disaster Resources. Every disaster agency uses the same process but not every disaster agency follows strict policy and guidance. Don't go into your disaster recovery with blind trust of your federal and state agencies that are leading the push to get you sheltered and out of the program.

Decline Code 34 Credit is available elsewhere.

SBA to determine whether credit in an amount needed to accomplish full disaster recovery is available from nongovernment sources on reasonable terms and conditions without creating an undue financial hardship.
