Capital Access Financial Systems (CAFS) Borrower Instructions create account &;; view transactions

CAFS is accessed via the production URL at https://caweb.sba.gov. If you have questions, contact CLS@SBA.gov. The instructions below explain how to create a CAFS Login System (CLS) account. These instructions only apply to a borrower requesting an account.

Prerequisite(s): SBA Financial Commitment Id (Loan Number or Bond Number).

Sign Up for Account

Go to the production URL.
On the left side of the page under "SBA Account Login", select "Not Enrolled".
Complete all sections in the profile.
1. Under User Information, select "Borrower" for user type.
2. Enter your SSN and Financial Commitment Id (Loan Number or Bond Number).
You will receive an email verifying your email address. You must click the link in the email and verify your email address within 48 hours. If you do not respond within 48 hours, the request will be deleted.

After you have been set up for CLS, you can access your loan using the instructions below.

Go to the production URL.
Log into the system.
Select "Loans" on the navigation bar and click on "Elend Borrower Loan Search".
Select the Loan Number to view the loan and borrower information.

When you are navigating the federal disaster assistance agencies your first stop should be to the TruckAndTools.Com Disaster Resources. Every disaster agency uses the same process but not every disaster agency follows strict policy and guidance. Don't go into your disaster recovery with blind trust of your federal and state agencies that are leading the push to get you sheltered and out of the program.
