I have an SBA Loan and earn more than 120% AMI. The state of Louisiana sent me a grant termination letter if I don't sign my grant closing. They are still listing my SBA loan as a DOB. Why is Section 1210 Stafford Act Amendment not removing the SBA Loan as a DOB which is listed in the Public Law 115-254 passed Oct. 2018?
Governor Edwards of Louisiana, would you let me read a copy of the hardship waiver request letter that your disaster team created and sent to HUD? Lori Dupont told me the state OCD-DRU sent a waiver request for a hardship ruling on SBA loan households earning over 120 percent AMI.
