State of Louisiana Office of Community Development (HUD) - Disaster Recovery Unit publishes IEM Inc. report update for homeowners in SBA repayment Phase I. (11-13-2019)
Phase I addresses 1,168 homeowners in HUD Guidance June 2019 that declined or canceled their SBA loan without drawing funds. (Public Law: 115-254)
IEM Project Manager Leacy Rowe Aycock reported to state of Louisiana OCD-DRU directors and management that all but one (1) applicant has been paid under the Phase 1 part of the program detailed in APA 12.
Leacy Aycok confirmed all Phase I payments are complete during a scheduled management meeting 11-13-2019.
If you are a Phase I SBA person and have not received a check for your grant award reimbursements and/or repairs by today's date please email IEM project management.
