Promote a Safe and Healthy workplace environment, follow federal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) guidance and you'll find your job announcement will reach more potential applicants.

Just in case you think by ending PUA will fill your business with happy workers you're wrong.

Those who want to work will work.

People are returning to work and many are earning less than what they could have earned not working by using the Federal Pandemic Unemployment Compensation assistance.

Now the question is, "Why are they not knocking on your door to return to work?"
Was it something you said, or is it something you're not willing to do for workers?
